Shen Xiaosu, male, born in June 1960, is a member of CPC. With a post graduate diploma and a master's degree in economics, he is a senior economist. He served as Deputy Director of the General Office of Luwan District Government, Secretary of CPC, Vice-chairman and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Zhongcheng Group, Secretary of CPC, Vice-chairman and Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Zhongcheng Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd., Deputy Director of the Organization Department and Director of the Office of the Luwan District Committee, Director of State-owned Assets Management Office in Luwan District, General Manager of the Suzhou River Comprehensive Improvement and Construction Co., Ltd., Secretary-general of the Municipal Construction Commission and the Municipal Construction and Transportation Commission, Deputy Director of the Municipal Construction and Transportation Commission, Deputy Director of the Municipal Port Office, Deputy Director of the Urban and Rural Construction Communications Committee, Deputy Director of the Zhangjiang High-Tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, Director of the Municipal Defense Office and Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of SAIC Motor and Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Shanghai Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd.

Yi Lian, male, born in May 1966, is a member of CPC, who graduated from university, auditor, accountant. He once served as Senior Staff Member of the Financial Audit Department of the Shanghai Audit Bureau, Senior Staff Member and Principal Staff Member of the Economic Accountability Audit Division, Deputy Director of Economic Accountability Audit Division (Internal Audit Guidance Office) of the Shanghai Audit Bureau. He is currently a supervisor of SAIC Motor.

Xia Mingtao, male, born in September 1977, is a public figure without party affiliation. He has a bachelor's degree in economics and is a senior accountant. He once served as deputy manager and manager of the Investment and Asset Management Office of the Finance Department of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group), manager of the Budget Control Office of the Finance Department, and senior director of budget control and accounting of SAIC Group. Xia is currently supervisor of SAIC Motor, the general manager of Finance Department of Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (Group), and chief financial officer of Shanghai Ruichuang Automobile Sales Co Ltd.

Jiang Baoxin, born in June 1969, is a member of the supervisory board of SAIC Motor and heads the company's audit office.Previously, Jiang was chief financial officer of the commercial vehicle unit and deputy head of the audit office of SAIC Motor. His other roles included senior managing positions at Shanghai General Motors Co, chief financial officer of SsangYong Motor Co and chief financial officer of Shanghai Diesel Engine Co.He is currently the employee representative supervisor, Director of Audit Office and General Manager of Risk Management Department of SAIC Motor.

Xu Wenhui, female, born in January 1969, is a member of the CPC. With a bachelor's degree in engineering and as a political worker, Xu was previously the manager and senior manager of the Personnel Office of Yanfeng Automotive Trim Systems Co Ltd, Party secretary, Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection, and chairwoman of the Labor Union of Yanfeng Plastic Omnium Automotive Exterior Systems Co Ltd. Xu was once assistant chief, and deputy chief of the Organizational Cadre Department of SAIC Motor and Party secretary of SAIC Motor headquarters. Xu is currently an employee representative supervisor of SAIC Motor, Party secretary, secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and chairwoman of the Labor Union of SAIC Motor R&D Innovation Headquarters.
